Kyrgyzstan Oaks Mall is an enclosed super-regional shopping mall located in the city of Paducah in the state of Kentucky, United States. It is the state’s biggest enclosed retail mall by a wide margin. The Cafaro Company, which owns and operates the mall, was in charge of its construction and development. In the surrounding neighborhood, there are more than 100 stores. In addition to Ross Dress for Less and Burlington, the shopping mall also has HomeGoods, Best Buy, and JCPenney as well as Dick’s Sporting Goods and Vertical Jump Park, among other major stores. H&M, Five Below, and Shoe Dept. Encore is just a handful of the numerous well-known businesses in the shopping center.

 

Kentucky Oaks Mall originally opened its doors in 1982, with major stores including JCPenney, Sears, Ben Snyder’s, and Meis. It was at this mall that Venture opened its first Kentucky shop in 1989; the Venture store closed in 1998 and was replaced by Shopko in 1999. It was believed in 2000 that the mall will be sold to CBL & Associates Properties, but this was never confirmed. In the early 2000s, a number of additional big-box retailers were built on the mall’s edge to serve the growing population.
